Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union is Hiring an Assistant Branch Manager Near Evansville, IN
Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager. The primary purpose of the Assistant Branch Manager is to direct and coordinate the activities of personnel in a Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operation, service and growth plans.

Primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the training of new branch personnel, prepare work schedules, and monitor performance.
- Monitor branch office operations to ensure that security procedures are being followed and that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Review documents prepared by subordinate personnel, such as member service forms and safe deposit vault entry and exit records to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Explain services to potential members to generate additional business and to promote positive public relations.
- Assist subordinate personnel in balancing daily transactions; examine, evaluate, and process loan applications in absence of subordinate personnel.
- Resolve account-related concerns with members.
- Demonstrated leadership skills along with the related experience.
- Manage branch office in absence of manager.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
- management, supervisory or lead: 1 year (Preferred)
