- Assists in grant budget development, tracking and management.
- Conducts research, compiles information and assists with grant applications.
- Monitors, coordinates and keeps records for grant compliance reporting.
- Coordinates some grant program services.
- Organizes and leads grant related family engagement events.
- Collects and compiles data for program evaluation and reporting.
- Determines Mckinney Vento Homeless Student eligibility, coordinates district homeless services per ADE recommendations and provides community based organization referrals to families.
- Provides presentations and technical assistance on grant compliance to school sites.
- Prepares documents for grants expenditures, including purchase requisitions, personnel requests and travel.
