We are a growing company with outpatient vascular center located at 505 East 116th St NY that treats patients with peripheral artery disease and other vascular complications. Our mission is to prevent amputations improve patients life and lower overall healthcare costs associated with treating some of the country’s sickest patients.
We are seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner that will work with our vascular team to provide assessments on patients with vascular disease/conditions.
The Licensed Practitioner will work closely with the interventionalist on the assessment and clinical plan for restoring blood flow to the patient's limbs.
Responsibilities include
Assessing patients during consultation
Assessing during follow up visits
Speaking with families to update on procedures needed
Doing offsite consults at Nursing Homes and Satellite offices
Work with MD to review patients seen and discuss treatment plan

Ordering diagnostic testing when needed
Document in our EMR system (E-clinical works)
