Echo is Hiring a Customer Support Representative III Near Zurich, IL

We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic Customer Service team. This position focuses on our commercial clients and will require a high level of professionalism when servicing these accounts. 

This hybrid role will allow for a remote and in office work week. The Seasonal Customer Support representative will support all order processing and customer service functions including dealer, distributor, OEM and e-commerce customers. This role will also assist customers with non-technical service and warranty questions.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Work closely with Sales and Service departments as first point of contact.
  • Answer calls and emails and troubleshoot customer requests.
  • Pull, review, research, and enter orders and credit requests.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. 
  • Expedite any corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Inform customers of any pertinent information such as product availability, superseded or discontinued items, shipping issues.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments as first point of customer contact.
  • Back up to Bid/Fleet requests as needed by Sales Administration
  • Complete New Account Set Up in a timely manner
  • Execute and follow company programs, policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer service team with heavy call volume.
  • Must have professional and effective communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently within a customer service team structure.
  • Have a proficiency with MS Suite, including MS Excel
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have conflict resolution skills to managing and resolve conflict in a positive way.
  • knowledge of power equipment a plus.

RESULTS REQUIRED:

  • Maintain basic technical knowledge of company products to assist Customers.
  • Two years or more experience in Golden Eagle Customer Service Team
  • Contribute to growing overall business and Customer base.
