Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of the medical practice, including administrative, clinical, and financial operations

- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

- Monitor electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks) and medical records

- Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring optimal use of provider time and efficient patient flow

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

- Manage fiscal operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management

- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and facilitate claims processing

- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment

- Oversee maintenance of a clean and safe working environment

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of medical management principles and practices

- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems

- Familiarity with critical care procedures and protocols

- Experience in fiscal management, including budgeting and revenue cycle management

- Ability to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and administrative staff

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in medical terminology

- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is a plus

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
