Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role with a strong base salary and a lucritive uncapped commission and bonus plan. As an Account Manager at STP, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, which include commercial contractors. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating staffing needs, overseeing project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being based in Sturbridge, MA but with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of the construction industry and skilled trades
• Experience in account management or sales
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with staffing sales or a similar industry (preferred)
