Employment Options is looking to hire a fun, dynamic individual for our Options Clubhouse in Marlborough. We are a long-standing, comprehensive non-profit agency serving adults and families in mental health recovery.
This position provides support in employment, training, family services, community integration, wellness, advocacy, and social activities in a vibrant community environment. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with rotation of Holidays and Special Events.

We take pride in our effort to pay salaries reflective of the vital work our staff members perform, commensurate with the experience they bring to their positions. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $57,000 depending on experience.
Additionally, we are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this position; one-half paid after three months of employment and the balance at the completion of six months.

Required Skills:
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese or Sign Language), though not required, are a plus.
