Employment Options is looking to hire a fun, dynamic individual for our Options Clubhouse in Marlborough. We are a long-standing, comprehensive non-profit agency serving adults and families in mental health recovery.

This position provides support in employment, training, family services, community integration, wellness, advocacy, and social activities in a vibrant community environment. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with rotation of Holidays and Special Events.

We take pride in our effort to pay salaries reflective of the vital work our staff members perform, commensurate with the experience they bring to their positions. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $57,000 depending on experience.

Additionally, we are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this position; one-half paid after three months of employment and the balance at the completion of six months.

This position requires at least one year of experience working in Human Services. The candidate should bring open-mindedness, creativity and enthusiasm along with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and motivation / engagement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Computers, Microsoft Office, phones and various office equipment.

Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese or Sign Language), though not required, are a plus.

Essential Job Duties:

• Must build positive relationships with the people we serve and understand how to use relationships as a tool to promote growth and productivity.
• Actively participate in meetings and activities. Will lead group meetings or discussions either as part of their schedule or as needed.
• Responsible for creating meaningful work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and implement program standards into everyday work to promote wellness and recovery as a tool towards greater independence.
• Assists in developing and monitoring the progress of treatment goals and objectives for the people we serve.
• Candidates must possess a valid MA driver's license and have a clean driving record. Must pass a CORI, SORI and fingerprinting as well as a non-DOT physical and a drug screen. Must be comfortable driving a small passenger van/bus for social outings and transportation coverage. Training is provided.
