SRG is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Hudson, WI

As the Quality Manager at our manufacturing company, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining effective quality control processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to quality processes and activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing).
  • Minimum of 5 years direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in inspecting precision machined components (Any medical background is a PLUS)
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
