• Assists Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications and intravenous admixtures.
• Orders, receives, and distributes incoming supplies.
• Processes purchase orders and files necessary documents with the accounting department.
• Reviews all hospital medication stock for outdated medications on a monthly basis.
• Process, return, or dispose of outdated medication stock.
• Assist the pharmacists in computer database maintenance of medications.
• Assist the pharmacists in hospital wide charge capture.
• Assists the pharmacists in essential recording keeping.
• Assists the pharmacist in data collection for various performance improvement projects.
• Assists pharmacist in anticoagulation clinic operations and record keeping
