Weekend Staffing Coordinator*

As the Staffing Coordinator you will coordinate day-to-day CNA & Nursing staff schedules. In addition, you will perform manual and clerical tasks in ordering, receiving and delivering vendor shipments within the nursing center.

Position consisted of being on call Fri 5pm - Monday 8 am to resolve staffing issues. Work in the facility as the receptionist Sat & Sun 9am - 3pm

• QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE*
• Prefer 1 year of experience in staffing management.
• Must have a current CNA license and be willing to work the floor, at times.
• Ability to creatively problem-solve scheduling and employee situations. Individual must be a team player, well organized, and flexible.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment. Able to cover on call staffing after hours and on weekends.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience using a scheduling software
