Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist, is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.

Primary responsibilities include Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and other Human Resource duties. You will assist in recruiting efforts for new team members, place postings, review resumes, 1st line interviews referal of qualified candidates. Assist with training new HR Associates.

You will report to the Director of Human Resources in California. We have two locations in Denver this position will work in both on a rotating schedule.

Be a resource to all employees during Open Enrollment Company and other tasks as needed.

Experience as an HR Generalist required. Pay commencerate with experience.
