LAKELAND MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, Moorhead, MN, is seeking a full-time Children’s Case Manager/CTSS Practitioner to provide therapeutic support and case management services to children and their families in a community setting. A minimum of 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience is required - OR - a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
