Brewed Awakenings Bartenders/Servers are responsible for professionally serving both food and beverages to our table guests as well as prepping and serving behind the bar. The ideal applicant is reliable, has great work ethic, an out-going personality and works well a team environment.
Job Duties:
Stays guest focused and nurtures an excellent guest experience.
Serve meals and beverages to guests, responsive to guest requests.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Assist with food & beverage inventory, storage and other closeout tasks.
Previous bartending and/or wait staff experience required.
Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preparation of fruit, juices, all mix ingredients.
Open wine, make and serve drink orders.
Proficient with checking IDs.
Stock and clean bar.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1-2 years Bartending experience.
Warm, friendly, cheerful personality.
Able to stay focused on customers and processing accurate orders.
Follow/maintain cleaning and sanitation standards.
Follow policies/procedures as stated in Corporate Manual.
Food Safety/Tip Certified a plus.
Reliable transportation.
