We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Sales-oriented mindset to promote specials or new menu items
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
