With our continued growth, we hiring an Inside Sales Representative to focus on maximizing sales opportunities by revisiting unsold deals, re-engaging with potential customers to address any concerns, and negotiating finance options with our internal finance team to close sales!

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers who have received quotes for impact windows and doors but have not yet committed to purchasing.
• Contact customers who have canceled during the rescission period to discuss their concerns and negotiate solutions to retain their business.
• Identify areas of concern behind customers' hesitation and provide solutions to address concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with the internal finance team to negotiate and present financing options that align with the customer's financial situation.
• Maintain consistent and professional follow-up communication with all leads.
• Utilize CRM to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Gather feedback from customers about their concerns and experiences to help improve our sales process and customer service.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding rehash sales targets set by the company.
