BWI Companies, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative and are hoping to find someone with agronomic, horticultural, or pest control experience. As part of this sales job, you will assist with promotions and the overall sales and marketing program. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls from BWI sales staff regarding products, their appropriate usage, and availability.
  • Answer inbound sales and general inquiry calls from potential customers.
  • Explain BWI’s product line, availability, credit policies, and delivery policies.
  • Forward credit applications, catalogs, and other sales materials to potential customers.
  • Enter phone orders.
  • Call customers and communicate new product details, promotions, and events.
  • Place outbound calls to potential customer base and share BWI promotions and events.
  • Work with outside sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base.
  • Answer questions, key in orders, and assist on-site walk-in customers.
  • Help resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

To apply for this position, you must have a high school diploma (or GED) and one year of agronomic or horticulture industry experience.

The candidate will be compensated based on their work experiences and skills, with the minimum starting pay for this position being $16.50 hourly, plus commissions.
