As a component of the digital landscape, this role is responsible for assisting with the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end management of nationwide paid search campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI (return on investment) and adherence to budget constraints.
• Coordinate with the Paid Media Manager to develop and execute campaigns including but not limited to Performance Max and App campaigns.
• Consult with Regional Marketing Consultants to recommend localized SEM strategies to our Franchise Partners.
• Regularly optimize active campaigns to achieve maximum performance
• Report monthly performance to all stakeholders.
• Work toward proving revenue growth from SEM efforts
• Regular performance of keyword research
• Identify key SEM KPIs
• Monitor and report, CTR, engagement rate, conversion rate, and other relevant KPIs .
• Initiate and execute tests to push the bounds of our ad strategies.
• Provide consultation and expert advice to management on improvements for process and productivity to maximize SEO and SEM best practices
• Stay current on latest SEO and digital trends and best practices

Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 years experience in SEO/SEM
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Metrics and KPIs
• Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven/evidence-based results
• Desire for continued education in the ever-changing digital landscape
• Google Analytics Certification
• Google Ads Search Certification
• Preferred Experience in the following
  • Experience with Semrush
  • Google Tags Management or any other TMS Experience
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio/Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of other Paid Search Networks: Bing, Reddit, Quora
  • Experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation.

To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:

• Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions
• Able to move about inside the office to access standard office equipment, etc.
• Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, alternating between sitting and standing
• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; keyboard, copy machine and printer
• Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds
• Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
