Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify areas for organic growth and use that data to provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Initiate and execute tests to improve our brand presence digitally
• Work with the Paid Media team to ensure our brand story is being shared effectively across all social feeds
• Manage and optimize our Local Listings across the brand
• Own link management including UTM tracking and organization to provide data driven results on
• Perform regular site audits, providing consultation and expert advice to management, to identify and fix technical SEO issues
• Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven/evidence-based results to increase organic traffic to operating location web pages
• Work with Software and Web development teams, investigating and resolving technical SEO issues, on behalf of management
• Research and be familiar with search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Stay current on the latest SEO trends and best practices
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the Paid Media team, Creative team and Retail team to meet the goals defined by the company
• Experience with using and creating Looker Studio/Google Data Studio templates to report website performance to stakeholders
• Work toward proving revenue growth from SEO efforts

Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in SEO
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Metrics and KPIs
• Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven/evidence-based results
• The desire for continued education in the ever-changing digital landscape
• Google Analytics Certification
• Experience in WordPress
• Experience in SEMrush or other similar tools
• Proficiency in HTML, PHP and CSS
• Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation.
