Job Description:

The Operations Manager will oversee all critical aspects of operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role will be responsible for day-to-day operations within a CNC machining facility. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing practices, leadership, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, create, and apply manufacturing best practices and standards

* Lead manufacturing projects as required, serving as a cross-functional team leader

* Maintain high standards for safety, quality, performance, and service to meet company objectives

* Lead, develop, and manage a high-quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and fairness

* Collaborate with human resources to resolve safety, labor, and employee relations matters

* Implement and enforce daily management within facility operations

* Continuously improve business processes for quality, safety, and manufacturing efficiency

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role

* Ability to travel as required (approximately 10%)

* Experience leading mid to large-sized manufacturing projects

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of CNC machining is a plus but not required

* Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel, Outlook
