The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Team Leader. The OnTrack NY Program is a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) treatment program at the Washington Heights Community Service, based at the NYS Psychiatric Institute/ Columbia Department of Psychiatry, a premier research, clinical, and academic center.
OnTrack NY serves adolescents and young adults experiencing early psychosis. Our mission is to empower young people to make meaning of their experiences and to pursue their goals for school, work, and relationships. Equity, inclusion, rapid access, and self-determination are at the core of everything we do. The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position leading a multidisciplinary, specialized early psychosis team that provides coordinated and assertive treatment to enrolled participants and their families. The OnTrack NY model offers hopeful, youth-friendly, recovery-oriented work; a supportive & collaborative team-based approach; low participant care load; training and technical assistance in the CSC model; and a learning community of experts and colleagues.
