We're looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to support our dynamic growing construction company.

Responsibilities:

• We're looking for someone to provide vital administrative support to our office staff and project teams.
• Organizing documents, reports, and correspondence will be key to keeping our operations running smoothly.
• Managing communications and office supplies inventory will help us stay organized and efficient.
• Assisting with bid packages, proposals, and contracts will contribute to our success in winning projects.
• Supporting basic accounting tasks will help keep our finances in order.

Qualifications:

• Proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry, is what we're seeking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must-have.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• We need someone who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
