Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Lancaster, OH branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability for the branch by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of products.
• Monitor branch performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (equivalent experience may be substituted).
