Frame Production builds raft frames and related components sold to NRS customers. Our frames are made with aluminum pipe that is cut, bent and drilled to spec in large batches, with occasional custom work as needed. Welding and painting work is contracted out; these skills are not required for the position. A successful Frame Production candidate is a motivated individual who:

• Enjoys working in a shop environment
• Is comfortable with mass production schedules
• Has a high attention to detail and can consistently produce quality work
• Is safety conscious
• Works well with a team

Previous shop and manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
