DailyTasks :

• Processincoming / outgoing mail including sorting scanning copying andproperly distributing to appropriate departments and teammembers.
• Draftinglegal documents and preparing them to be sent via certifiedmail.
• Compileexhibit trial and mediationbinders.
• Manageoffice supplies inventory and stock general supplies asnecessary.
• Specialproject assistance asnecessary.

YourSkills :

• Priorlaw firm experience and personal injury law experiencepreferred.
• Advancedexperience with office equipment including copiers scanners and faxmachines.
• Casemanagement software experiencepreferred.
• Abilityto sort and organizeefficiently.
• Experienceworking with litigationdocuments.
• Abilityto lift up to50lbs.
