Job Description
Serve the members of Alliance Credit Union with professional, courteous service. Serve as the liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide information on a full range of credit union products and services. Open and service accounts for members, interview and professionally handle member’s daily needs. Open and provide account maintenance for services such as basic IRA functions, share certificates, money markets, and share draft accounts. Must be well versed in more complex account structures including representative payee accounts, sole proprietorship accounts and other complex ownership. Provide basic loan information and provide loan referrals.
