About the Role:

The company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help oversee the brand’s end-to-end digital marketing efforts, including campaigns for new product launches, social media marketing, influencer marketing, branding, and more.

We are taking the dance world by storm and need someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, resourceful, and outside-the-box thinkers.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, develop, execute, and track marketing programs such as campaign strategy, email marketing, social media, advertising, influencer marketing, and content production
• Collaborate with creative minds such as graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and other experts to deliver on-brand marketing materials and campaigns
• Deep dive on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns and analytics
• Conducting market research to establish trends and new marketing opportunities
• Build brand awareness and community through managing social media channels
• Interest in dance, fashion, or sneakers is a strong plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-1 years of experience in Marketing/Communications/Social Media management
• You are a creative thinker and are able to think outside-the-box
• You are a clear communicator with the ability to present approaches, solve problems, and think on your feet
• The ability to learn quickly and have a curious mind
