About the role This role is responsible for supporting sales strategies andoperational plans to achieve revenue targets and service expectations inaddition to driving process and service improvements with the goal of achievingfulfillment accuracy and on-time deliveries that meet/exceed customerexpectations. Keyresponsibilities include:
Direct contact for sales reps, operations, and customers in theUSA, Canada and Mexico.
Proactive end-to-end team management and thorough knowledge of fulfilment compliance so that issues can be identified early enough to implement levers to improve delivery and service performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal departments and coordinate the implementation of the appropriate levers to improve performance.
Respond to sales queries with the highest communication standards and accurate information.
Monitor customers scorecard data while using this info to develop strategies to improve KPI's by adjustment of internal processes.
Maintain communication with 3PLs to ensure that the company complies with expected turnaround times and service expectations.
Maintain team culture ofhigh service standards, customer first, continuous improvement, transparency,and proactive problem resolution
Skills and abilities:
Motivates and leads team.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
Differentiates between important vs routine issues/tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Business, orrelated field or 5-10 years of customer service/logistics/supply chain-relatedexperience.
Proven work experience asorder processing manager or similar role
Order Processing Experiencewith large retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Target..etc)
Knowledgeof organizational effectiveness and customer service management
Strong organization skills;attention to detail
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
Familiarity with business andfinancial principles
Manage teams remotely, acrossNorth America
Setting objectives and performancereviews
Intermediate MS Office Skills(Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to chargebackprocesses of major retailers.
Knowledgeof 3PL, EDI, ASN, WMS, and TMS a plus
Knowledgeof of Microsoft Dynamics (D365)
Experiencewith major retailers (shipping, routing, compliance)
Knowledgeof Traffic and transportation/freight management bid process
