At KwiKom, we connect people to Internet and Phone service in-town and rural with fixed wireless and fiber optic technologies. As a Technical Support Representative you will play a vital role in the continued stability and growth of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Provide outstanding technical assistance to KwiKom’s customers through troubleshooting, to solve issues for internet, phone, or data installation and connection issues
• Must quickly diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot internal/external issues with proven multi-tasking abilities, including distinguishing between customer network and KwiKom connection issues, ensuring users have access to network systems, applications and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction of each service request by maintaining service status, periodic review of calls with reference to escalation timeframe, and timely closure.
• Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns
• Pro-actively take ownership of open issues and interface successfully with other deptartments.
• Assist customers with basic billing assistance, including taking payments, account explanations/adjustments
• Must be professional in speech and manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Great people skills and ability to handle conflict well.
• Possess basic computer skills and the desire to constantly learn and expand your knowledge.
• Strong technical understanding of the internet, networking, and computers preferred.
• Able to handle multitasking in multiple windows and programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustment to priorities throughout the day.
• Must demonstrate accountability in order to organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
