As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team at our Baltimore office. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part-time or full-time licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, LCADC, or Psychologist) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.

Salary Range:

• We offer W2, 1099, and W2 fee-for-service positions.
• W2 employees can earn up to 5 weeks of time off
• Fee-for-service roles have unlimited earning potential
• Monthly bonuses available for full-time, salaried clinicians
• Typical full-time caseload 25-30 clients weekly

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
• Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary

Balance Point Wellness, LLC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, equine-facilitated therapy, and wellness services (acupuncture and nutrition services) to individuals and families in Maryland. We have offices in Baltimore, Overlea, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have a Telehealth division in Maryland and Delaware and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County schools.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management
