Mountain View Pain Center is Hiring a Medical Office Manager Near Lakewood, CO

We are looking to hire an office manager to manage two of our busy medical offices located in Broomfield and Lakewood. This is a full-time position. We do offer benefits/health insurance which you are eligible for after 90 days of employment. Please email us your resumes.

Job Duties Include:

Manage and support all employees of the office

Manage time off schedules and approve payroll hours for hourly staff

Train new employees

Recognize employee issues, provide coaching to employees that need help

Ensure all staff abide by company policies and procedures

Host monthly office staff meetings

Attend monthly office manager meetings

Audit weekly office statistics

Ensure communication between other departments and within the office

Address patient and employee complaints if they arise

Create solutions and a positive experience for patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
