How YOU Will Make an Impact

• Clarify and Define Processes : Your expertise will establish clear distinctions between normal wear, driver abuse, and risk events, reducing ambiguity and ensuring precise classification.
• Streamline Operations : By enabling the Maintenance and Safety teams to efficiently access and review risk events, you will significantly enhance operational processes, minimizing repetitive tasks.
• Improve Accountability : You will play a critical role in tracking and managing damages, ensuring drivers and services are held accountable, leading to fair financial allocations and improved budgeting accuracy.
• Enhance Reporting : Your meticulous review and processing of inquiries related to unit damages will ensure accurate and timely reporting, improving overall maintenance and safety standards.
• Resource Optimization : By absorbing the workload of handling minor damage inquiries, you will free up existing staff to focus on critical tasks, optimizing resource allocation and efficiency.
• Reduce Risks : Your contributions will enhance maintenance and safety standards, potentially lowering the overall risk of major incidents and improving compliance during inspections.

What YOU Need to Succeed

• Relevant Experience : A background in maintenance operations, safety procedures, and risk management within the transportation industry.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, drivers, and external parties.
• Organizational Abilities : Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
• Data Management Proficiency : Proficiency in data management and reporting, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of information.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Procedures : Familiarity with tractor and trailer unit maintenance, damage classification, and financial allocation processes.
• Independence and Collaboration : Ability to work independently while also demonstrating strong collaborative skills within a team environment.
• Accountability and Efficiency : A proven track record of demonstrating accountability and efficiency in managing responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues related to damage classification and financial allocations.
