Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- Current CPR preferred
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Makes scheduled security rounds of community; interior and exterior
- Responds to all emergencies, regardless of assignment
- Secures unoccupied resident areas
- Enforces parking policies and procedures
- Delivers packages to residents
- Operates the community shuttle vehicle, transporting residents to other parts of the community
- Stores resident possessions in the community storage area
- Assists in transporting residents via wheelchair to on-site appointments
- Maintains safety of all parking lots and sidewalk areas
- Collects and properly disposes of community trash
