Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Duties:
- Perform dialysis treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor patients during dialysis and assess any potential complications
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Assist in the development of individualized care plans for patients

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in patient care, particularly in dialysis or related fields
- Proficiency in administering injections and managing pain
- Knowledge of health coaching principles and discharge planning
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and interpreting test results
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as the ER
- Experience with spinal taps and inhalation therapy is a plus
