Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the grounds, exterior and interior of the community.
• Working closely with Maintenance Lead and Management to provide a clean, safe and quality environment and product.
• Perform continual informal inspections of the property to ensure that it is being properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained and that the environment is safe and attractive.
• Inspects daily the grounds, exterior and interior common areas of the property, addressing what needs to be addressed in a timely manner.
• Can and will work without direct supervision, while providing an atmosphere of calm and warmth for our senior’s.
• Work alongside and separate when needed of maintenance to ensure that vacant units are turned in a timely manner.
• Working with vendors to see that we provide a quality product.
• Must be able to perform a variety of services including vacuuming, mopping, sanitation, grounds pick-up, painting, drywall repair, plumbing and other repairs involved in an apartment turns and proper and quality operations of an apartment community.
