Contract Callers Inc is Hiring a Director of Sales Near Augusta, GA

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Director of Sales is pivotal in driving revenue growth for the Company by effectively promoting and selling services. The primary focus is developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with Management to deliver tailored solutions. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer but works closely with the Vice-President of Marketing.Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Identify viable clients with high delinquency customers to expand the Company’s client base.
  • Present and sell services and solutions to potential clients and increase services to existing clients.
  • Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
  • Performs a variety of tasks including cold calls, meetings, conferences, trade shows, proposals, etc.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Boosts brand visibility through digital marketing.
  • Works under limited supervision.
  • Identify key marketing outlets and competitive strategies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Desired Qualifications And Personal Characteristics
  • Some college is preferred; a bachelor’s or equivalent education is helpful.
  • Debt Collection Experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an eagerness to exceed objectives and can complete projects quickly and efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and interest in learning is a MUST.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • .Ability to travel, approximately 50% of the time.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adept digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
