- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Identify viable clients with high delinquency customers to expand the Company’s client base.
- Present and sell services and solutions to potential clients and increase services to existing clients.
- Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
- Performs a variety of tasks including cold calls, meetings, conferences, trade shows, proposals, etc.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Boosts brand visibility through digital marketing.
- Works under limited supervision.
- Identify key marketing outlets and competitive strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Some college is preferred; a bachelor’s or equivalent education is helpful.
- Debt Collection Experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive with an eagerness to exceed objectives and can complete projects quickly and efficiently.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and interest in learning is a MUST.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- .Ability to travel, approximately 50% of the time.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adept digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
