JOB TITLE: HR Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTS TO: VP of HR
FLSA: Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR supervisor assists in overseeing the daily work of the HR Department including hiring and interviewing; administering pay, benefits, and leave; conducting investigations; and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Serves as the main point of contact in the absence of the Director of HR.
This position may require work outside normal office hours.
Prefer Honolulu base of assignment for this semi-remote position. Must live in Hawai‘i- no relocation budget has been allocated for this position.
