• Pull advanced search reports to determine claims pending entry
• Follow step-by-step guide to enter each required component of claims in the AHCCCS online portal
• Communicate clearly with billing team and billing supervisor regarding progress, status and questions related to manual claim entries

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
• Proficiency in navigating Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of collections and payment processes
• Experience checking AHCCCS eligibility
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Differential pay offered!
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record systems
• Strong Customer service experience
