Technology Ventures is Hiring a Recruiter Associate Near Dhs, VA
Responsibilities include:
•Managing/coordinating interviews for non-executive candidates
•Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates as needed to come to client office for interviews
•Managing the background check process for all internal/external hires
•Working closely with various departments across HR on ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed
•May also be responsible for managing relationships with third party vendors
Qualifications:
•Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel
•Strong attention to detail
•Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
•Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels
