- Adopts and adapts to new technologies.
- Maintains residents’ rights and confidentiality at all times.
- Responsible for assisting in the implementation of recruitment and retention under the direction of the Director of Human Resources.
- Assures verification of licensure, certifications, or registration as appropriate.
- Assures reference checks completed after authorization obtained
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee files, facilitating new hire orientation as well as, assist HR Generalist and HR Director with all processes.
- Performs other duties as required.
