Role: IT Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: Oakland, CA (On-site Monday to Friday)
Type: Contract to Hire (6 months)

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead the implementation lifecycle for behavioral health information systems. This role requires strong project management, business analysis, and technical expertise to ensure successful delivery and coordination of projects between vendors and county teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all stages of the implementation lifecycle for behavioral health practices.
• Collaborate with vendor and county project teams to ensure clear communication and efficient work delivery.
• Supervise technical and professional staff in system development and implementation.
• Develop requirements, workflow processes, and success metrics using best practices.
• Facilitate meetings, requirements analysis, system design, training, and support.
• Provide issue analysis, resolution, and risk management.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in project/program management or business analysis related to software configuration or consulting.
• Leadership experience in complex system implementation projects.
• Understanding of healthcare integration and technologies.
• Proficient in project management and business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills for business requirements and system design.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred: Project/Program Management Certifications (PMP, PgMP) and systems implementation experience.
