You will be dealing primarily with people who are looking to try a new holistic, plant based approach to help managing their health. We sell a full line of hemp derived CBD products as well as over the counter Delta 8 and Delta 9 THC products.

We are looking for an articulate, driven sales manager to drive customer experience - which includes working the store, hiring and training a sales staff, outside marketing, community outreach and inventory management. This is a full time position with responsibilities for the Your CBD Store in Somerville NJ. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, will have reliable transportation and the drive to build a 'Best in Class' experience for our customers.

Our operating hours are 10 - 7 Monday through Saturday and 12 - 6 on Sunday.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in retail or other administrative role
• Proven track record of excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to perform customer support tasks
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to multitask
• Aptitude for data entry with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of personal integrity, independence, and accountability with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently under pressure with the ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and stay motivated under pressure
