Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a strong track record of implementing and maintaining HSE programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Lead incident investigations and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all required HSE documentation is up to date and accurate.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an HSE role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is preferred.
