Description
Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master Lead, with experience working in a Federal Government, preferably DoD/IC, contracting environment. The Scrum Master (SM) must have a security clearance and be able to Lead the Scrum Team. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. The Scrum Master will be actively working on one of our product delivery teams and helping lead the team through the agile lifecycle, shepherding the process. The SM will be well versed in the use of JIRA to assign and track work assignment and will have experience running reports the document work results. The SM will work closely with internal partners and stakeholders to remove roadblocks, reporting on team performance, organizing product backlogs, and acting as a player/coach. Must understand business needs and work closely with the product owner to ensure the team can implement software solutions effectively.
