Come be awesome with us! We are seeking experienced BCBAs to work in our ABA Summer Program located at our Chester, VA Center!
We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be. Our Summer Program is for our clients between the ages of 1-8 years old.
The Summer ABA Program is designed to not just help our clients maintain skills, but acquire new ones! We will provide outstanding ABA instruction through 1:1 engagement and small group activities, while also enjoying the summer through “in-house” field trips and fun events.
Summer Program Details:
Center location: 212 W. Hundred Rd. Chester Va
● The Summer Program will be will begin on June 17th and end on August 9th
● The program will run for 8 consecutive weeks
What we are looking for:
● Must be available from 9-3pm and duration of the Summer Program
● Must have BCBA Certification and Virginia LBA
● Experience with Natural Environment Teaching
● Experience with managing maladaptive behaviors
● Must be nice, reliable and punctual
Physical Requirements:
● Standing, bending or kneeling for long periods of time.
● Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
● Physical labor required and appropriate to complete the tasks at hand
● Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids
● Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline
