Leading Solutions is Hiring a Project Manager Near Springfield, VA

Project Manager – National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Springfield, VA

Manage all aspects of the project/program. The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the personnel and their performance on the contract, cost controls, quality control and overall ensuring compliance. The PM will formulate, plan, organize and execute contract related activities that meet the goals and objectives of the Program.

Specific tasks include:

· Plans, analyzes, evaluates, and manages the project.

· Serves as the Contractor's authorized point of contact to ensure contract compliance and satisfactory performance.

· Supervises, coordinates work schedules, resolve issues, and ensures high-quality, compliant performance of all tasks by personnel working on the contract, to include in multiple locations.

· Oversees the quality and timely submission or deliverables, reports, etc.

· Provides analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates.

· Provides program and related performance process improvements thru the Quality Control Plan.

· Provides timely and effective conflict and issue resolution.

· Support the preparation, generation, and performance of all contract closeout actions, documentation, and data entry into PRISM (or the current Contract Writing System) as required.

· Process, coordinate, and prepare contract modifications for closeouts, payments, vouchers, and invoices to be signed by a Government Contracting Officer (CO).

· Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree in business administration or business-related field such as Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing etc.

· Must possess no less than 7 years’ experience performing similar work.

· Must possess DAWIA “Contracting Professional” certification.

· Must have a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

· Must be able to routinely lift and handle boxes weighing up to 35 pounds to prepare closeout files for archiving.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound skills in written and oral communication is a must.

· Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
