Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the supervision and monitoring of clients to ensure safety and engagement in therapeutic activities.
• Support the implementation of treatment plans alongside clinical staff.
• Engage and motivate clients during group activities, meals, and physical fitness routines.
• Conduct regular safety and security checks, documenting all relevant observations and incidents.
• Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor, upholding high standards of customer service and client confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred but NOT required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and handle exposure to bio-hazardous materials.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to client well-being.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift - 4p to 1230a - Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
• 3rd Shift - 12am to 830am - Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
