Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate Keyholder based in our Clarins Outlet Store in the Seattle Premium Outlets located in Marysville, WA.

15 to 29 hours per week, weekends required (both Friday and Saturday). Needs to be able to close the store (shift ends at 7 : 15pm or 8 : 15pm depending on day of the week).

The role :

You will represent the Clarins Brand and drive the business through acquisition and retention of customers, while providing superior levels of customer service.

What you’ll do :

In an environment where customer proximity is a top priority, the position of Part-Time Keyholder will play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategy by creating an outstanding customer journey for our guests and ensuring that Clarins products are represented in the best way.

• Work to make each guest’s visit a delightful and memorable experience by providing friendly, caring, knowledgeable and personalized service.
• Work to achieve store goals by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and following all store policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to obtain product knowledge, selling skills, and guest service skills. Utilize those skills during guest interactions.

You are :

• Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset

• Comfortable demonstrating products on the customer
• Customer service oriented
• Confident, positive, and self-motivated

You have :

• A passion for the skincare and make-up industry with prior cosmetics experience
• Retail Sales experience, preferably in a busy mall environment
• Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others, as well as part of a team
• Ability to create activity and animation

Salary : $18.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr commission
