The Position:
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Services who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. The Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Services will:
- Lead, direct and oversee Regional Financial Centers’ activities within established policies and guidelines, strategic goals, and objectives.
- Build and maintain efficient and accurate day-to-day operations, professional and quality member service and sales, and member relationship building activities.
- Train, develop and coach Financial Center Managers in the establishment of an energetic, enthusiastic and professional member focused service and sales culture.
- Empower each Financial Center Manager to lead, direct and supervise all daily operations of their Financial Center along with all other functional roles and responsibilities.
What you will do:
As a Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Servicesyour primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide leadership, support, guidance, input and direction for the operation, supervision, and financial performance of multiple Financial Centers in a designated geographic area/region within established policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Build and maintain a service and sales, and member relationship building culture.
- Evaluate job performance of Financial Center Managers and ensure that they collaborate with staff when annual goals are established.
- Establish regional annual goals that tie directly to the balanced scorecard.
- Collaborate with peers and the senior team to develop and monitor strategic and MRM initiatives, organizational performance, corporate culture and corporate image.
- Work to develop business partnerships in those communities covered by that region’s operation and maintain good public relations with members at all times.
- Represent AmeriCU at business development activities.
- Become involved in community activities.
- Promote credit union philosophy and AmeriCU’s commitment to its organizational values and strategic goals through all possible channels.
