About Pendleton Treatment CenterPendleton Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program focused on providing compassionate care to individuals struggling with opioid addiction. Our approach combines Medication Assisted Treatment with methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and counseling in an outpatient setting. Our goal is to work closely with each individual to create a personalized treatment plan for a healthy, productive, addiction-free life. Responsibilities
Administer and dispense the proper medication dose to clients as per the prescribing licensed independent practitioner's orders.
Conduct client screenings and update medical teams on client progress.
Perform duties within the scope of your LPN/RN license.
Qualifications
Licensed Oregon LPN or RN.
CPR certified.
Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
Hold a current driver's license.
Experience and understanding of chemical addiction preferred.
Proof of full vaccination required or possession of exemption to comply with Oregon Governor mandate.
