Job Description:
As a Home Health Aide ( HHA ) at Care With Love, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring the client's health and well-being, administering medications as required, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) at Care With Love, you will be responsible of doing the following:
- Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating clients
- Observe, record, and report changes in clients' health status and needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to clients
- Promote independence and enhance the client's quality of life through compassionate and person-centered care
Requirements:
As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) at Care With Love, you need to have:
- Washington Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Previous experience in a home care or long-term care setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings is preferred
Pay Rate:
As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) at Care With Love, you will get a base rate of:
$20 per hour (could be higher depending on the shift kind and duration)
